When the hub is connected to your PEQ service, the power light is green and the connection light (2nd from the bottom) is green.
If your connection light is not green, please check the following:
1) Make sure the power cable is connected to the hub (power light should be green)
2) The connection light should be blinking orange when the hub is ready to connect
a. The connection light can go through a series of lights and blinking patterns, so please allow up to 10 minutes for it to start blinking orange. If it doesn’t blink orange after 10 minutes, click here for instructions to physically restart your hub.
When the connection light is green, you can start pairing your devices!
