Your PEQ system essentially has two addresses - the first is for your billing information, and the second is for your hub. The hub address is what your system will use to determine where your devices are, where your events are, and where your alerts are coming from.
If you want to change your hub’s address, just go to mypeq.com via your web browser and follow these simple steps:
1. Under the Log In menu (top right in toolbar), choose My Account and enter your account email address and password
2. On the next screen, hover over your account name (top right of the toolbar) and click on Customer Account in the drop-down list
3. On the Account page, click on My Subscription, then update the Device Address section
