Door / Window

• Make sure the door is closed

• Make sure both pieces of the contact are still mounted and have not fallen off

• Open and close the door

• Remove the cover and replace the battery

• Put the cover back on

• Delete the sensor from your dashboard

• Reset the device

• Re-pair it to your PEQ system

Motion Sensor

• Make sure there is nothing in front of the motion sensor

• Make sure the sensor is not in the path of direct sunlight or near an HVAC vent

• Remove the cover and replace the battery

• Put the cover back on

• Delete the sensor from your dashboard

• Reset the device

• Re-pair it to your PEQ system

Water Sensor

• Make sure the sensor is not making contact with anything, and there is no condensation near the device

• Make sure the sensor isn’t wet

• Remove the cover and replace the battery

• Put the cover back on

• Delete the sensor from your dashboard

• Reset the device

• Re-pair it to your PEQ system
