If you are having trouble activating your hub, see the steps below for help:
1. Check to see if the cables are connected correctly.
2. Restart your Hub.
3. Make sure the hub is connected to the internet.
4. Check to see if the power light is solid green, and the connectivity light is flashing amber.
5. Try activating the hub again.
6. If prompted for Device ID, you can find it on the back of your hub.
