If you are having trouble adding your door lock to Peq. Please try the following steps.
- Please make sure that your lock is near your Peq Hub for pairing. We recommend pairing your lock before installing it in the door.
- Reboot your Peq Hub.
- Allow the hub to fully reboot.
- Verify the hub is connected the the internet.
- Verify your lock is not already paired in PEQ, if it is please Delete your door lock
- Default your door lock. Kwikset Yale
- Attempt to pair your door lock again. Kwikset Yale
