Trouble Adding a Door Lock

If you are having trouble adding your door lock to Peq. Please try the following steps.

  1. Please make sure that your lock is near your Peq Hub for pairing. We recommend pairing your lock before installing it in the door.
  2. Reboot your Peq Hub.
  3. Allow the hub to fully reboot.
  4. Verify the hub is connected the the internet.
  5. Verify your lock is not already paired in PEQ, if it is please Delete your door lock
  6. Default your door lock. Kwikset Yale
  7. Attempt to pair your door lock again. Kwikset Yale
  8. If you are still having problems, please contact support.
