If you’re having trouble pairing your appliance module, please see the following steps for help:
1. Make sure the appliance module is near the hub for pairing
a.) We recommend pairing within 1 to 5 feet of the hub, then install the device in its final location.
2. Verify that the wall outlet is powered
a.) If the wall outlet is powered by a wall switch, then the wall switch MUST be kept ON at ALL times for the appliance module to function.
4. Try and get the hub as far away from other wireless networking equipment as possible during the pairing process
5. Make sure the device is not already paired with your PEQ system
a.) If it’s already paired, please delete the device from your system.
