How do I change my credit card information?


Need to change your credit card info? No problem! Go to via your web browser and follow these simple steps:

1. Under the Log In menu (top right in toolbar), choose My Account and enter your account email address and password

2. On the next screen, hover over your account name (top right of the toolbar) and click on Customer Account in the drop down menu

3. On the Account page, click on My Subscription, then scroll down to the Credit Card Information section and click on the Edit button

NOTE: You can’t change your credit card info from the PEQ mobile app, so this process requires a web browser.
