Since our cameras use Wi-Fi to communicate with the hub, most viewing issues are simply connectivity problems. If you can’t view your camera from your dashboard, see the steps below for help:
1. Make sure the camera is within range of the hub, and there is nothing interfering with it
2. Restart the camera by unplugging its power adapter (found on the back)
3. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the camera back in and wait for it to restart. If successful, the camera’s image will be visible on your dashboard
4. Check to see if your camera is visible on your dashboard
If you still can’t view your camera, make sure you have a good internet connection.
