If the Zubie key is not working properly, confirm that it is functioning properly within the Zubie application. If the Zubie system isn’t working outside of the PEQ app, then it will not work from within the PEQ app. If the Zubie app is not working properly, contact Zubie Support.
If the Zubie app is functioning properly, confirm that the Zubie is currently paired to your PEQ system.
1. From your mobile app, navigate to Devices>Add Devices >Zubie. If no Zubie keys are associated with your PEQ system, a zero (0) will be located in the upper right hand corner of the tile. If there are Zubie keys associated with your PEQ system, the number in the top right hand corner will reflect the total number of Zubie keys associated with your system.
2. Once you have confirmed that the Zubie key is associated with your PEQ system, it may be necessary to remove and re pair the Zubie key.
A. Navigate to evices>Add Devices >Zubie.
B. Select the Zubie tile to display the Zubie page
C. Select “Unpair your Zubie account” and follow the prompts.
D. Once the Zubie key is removed, select the Zubie tile to add the device back.
