How do I update the Time Zone for my PEQ system?


The time zone for your PEQ system depends on its location. To change the time zone, you’ll need to change the hub address by going to via your web browser and following these simple steps:

1. Under the Log In menu (top right in toolbar), choose My Account and enter your account email address and password

2. On the next screen, hover over your account name (top right of the toolbar) and click on Customer Account in the drop down menu

3. Click on My Subscription in the left menu section, then update the location of your hub in the Device Address section

NOTE: You can’t change the time zone or device address from the PEQ mobile app, so this process requires a web browser.
