Attachements Missing From Notifications

PEQ allows you to create rules that will email you videos and/or images taken from your PEQ cameras.  These rules rely on a solid upload connection in order to work properly.  If you have rules that are triggered and the attachments are missing, check your Dashboard to see if the video/images was uploaded there.  Many times if your internet connection is running a little slow when the rule fires, the email will be sent before the attachment had time to upload.  If you see the attachment in your Dashboard, then that's most likely the case. 

You can run a speed test at speedtest.net.  Make sure that your connection is above the minimum system requirements.  If your running a little slow, it's a good idea to reboot your network.
